I was doing well then I went and ate a praline chocolate from an M&S selection box and its pushed me over my calorie limit, I'm sure :( I'm not sure how many calories are in each one but I'd guess at least 80-100!! Feeling bummed now :( xx

Hi, I really want to tone up my legs, especially my thighs and bum! What exercises will help with this (apart from squats, because I do them already)? I need to do quite easygoing exercise as I have a problem with my back and I don't want to aggravate it :( Thanks guys! x
