20 lbs Down with Pics
I am on week 12 of P90X and have gone from 207 pounds to 188 ... I normally don't share but I couldn't believe how much my face had changed in these pics. I am no where near done since i want to reach 135 but I am definitely moving in the right direction.

Increasing Calorie Intake After Working Out
I am under the impression that we are supposed to eat back the calories we burn during our workouts. So for example, I am at 1300 calories per day and I burned 490 calories doing 90 minutes of P90X YogaX so does that increase my calories for that day to 1790? Thanks.
