Returned to MFP
After about 6 months of being inactive on this website, due to the fact that I joined the Air Force, went through BMT and currently at tech school. After exodus I gained alot of weight sadly :( So now on the road to cutting again and getting fit to fly fight and win :D Add me to keep updated on my progress.

Getting Ripped in 3 Months!

How much calories are burned during the "afterburn"
So I was always wondering that after an intense workout and you're just sitting there, smiling after an intense workout, how much calories will be burned throughout the day because of the "afterburn" anyone? lol
