Fall back on your hamstrings and do not let your knees go past your toes. Come up with your heels. I usually prefer *kitten* to grass deep squats but thats just me. Some just go 90 degrees.

15 minute warmup on the treadmill. Then I weighlift. Then after my workout do a 30 minute run to get a quick burnout :D

Did Tough Mudder two years ago when I was probably pounds heavy and was not fit to do it. My legs were literally cramped up to the point I couldn't walk but I told myself I would make it through every obstacle! And I was able to finish it....5 hours later :D lol

The Foam Roller is the best thing especially after a leg day. Sadly my gym on base doesn't have one for everyone to use because the only one they got is for personal use only! I use to roll out every day even if it isn't sore.

Cardio everyday, lift weights everyday, ate at a low calorie deficit, ate healthy, no cheat days (okay maybe 3-4 times in those three months span), do not eat after 7pm. And that's pretty much how I got from that to now :)

I had this happen to me when I haven't done legs for month and started going back into them. You're just tearing up the muscles and having them recover and rebuild. Doing legs tomorrow so I don't have to get that awful feeling again. I love the burn feeling not the painful feeling.

I eat breakfast at around 8:30-9:30 then go to the gym at like 10:30-11:00 stay there til like 1pm, take protein shake, eat lunch, eat dinner. Get Orange Triad! It works great. Multivitamin, helps in digestion and joints. Joints use to hurt while lifting and since taking it, my joints have been feeling much better.

I'm Stan, 23 5'8 1/2 I weigh 183 currently. Looking to drop to 170 or 165 while retaining my muscle mass. Hopefully able to do that within 50 days!

Exactly, that's why I wrote that if you're going there for cardio I would suggest going there, if you're going to workout and gain muscle and strength I would suggest another gym.

Don't like the place. They created a lunk alarm so you can't drop weights, grunt, etc. Says it is judge-free zone and it isn't as you can tell from their commercials. Craze is the best! Gives you massive focus. I use to use Jack3D but it tends to make me crash afterwards so I stopped taking it. It gives you that tingly warm feeling but after it wears off you just want to sleep.

I feel it is, because at PF, no one lifts heavy, no one that is actually want to build muscle goes there. They go there for the cardio machines. How can you up your weight on your lifts if they don't allow you to lift heavy without the lunk alarm going off?

You don't need surgery. If you're able to lose weight to be able to get a weight loss surgery, I'm sure you can do it without it. Why spend the extra money to do that.
