do you work out infront of your other half?
i find it really hard to work out infront of my other half incase he says something about the way im doing it, not that he would mean it he would try being funny. i just cant do it though. your thoughts please

what do you think of ab toning belts???
i have rio slim- gym muscle toner its got pads rather than a belt so i can use it on all my muscles........ what are your views??? i do work out i dance alot and i add strengh to my cardio aswel, i try to eat 1400 cals per day sometime i go over some time im under but i also try not to eat back my calories
