Fitbit calorie explanation needed
I purchased a Fitbit Charge HR and am confused re: the calorie in / calorie out. My BMR is 1398. Fitbit says I've burned 1724, I've eaten 2233 (yes, I ate a lot) and says I'm 719 over for the day. But if I subtract 1724 from 2234 it's 479. I'm sure we should be eating above our BMR, I'm So confused ! Lol
