My 16 yo nephew has recently joined a hockey team and will be playing against 18yo. He's 5'7" and weights 125-130 lbs. I'm interested in any recommendations to assist with muscle gain, especially nutrition.
Thank you !!!

This is something he should work on with his coaches and pediatrician1

I wish someone would have shown me how to eat when I was his age.
I would bet a whole bunch of money he doesn't eat enough.0 -
Main nutrients he'll need to help him grow will be calcium & carbs at that age. He's a little to young to jump on high protein diets as his body will still be evolving, so concentrate on basic foods such as pasta/rice/oats with chicken/tuna/turkey, and a fresh glass of milk morning and night. Once he's old enough (18+) you can introduce artificial proteins and bcass etc.0
