I've always been too fat (stuck buying whatever fits) or pregnant (been pregnant 27 months out of the last 48) to buy anything trendy/popular/fashionable. I'm so excited. I lost 40 as of today. Its been 5 1/2 months and I'm soooo happy! I feel so proud and can't wait to lose another 40. I notice my loss happens in a pattern. I lose 10, gain back 2. Lose another 10, gain back 2... Anyone elsr have a pattern?

5 Pounds away from "overweight"

How to exercise back of arms
I'm sure youve heard the terms "bat wing arms" or "granny arms." I'm talking about that area. I have dumb bells ranging from 5 - 25 pounds.. Can I use these to tone that area? I do 30 - 60 minutes cardio per day so the area is shrinking! Just dont know how to tone up!
