Fitness Testing (hydro static, VO2, RMR)
I just found this place in San Diego that does hydro static body fat testing, VO2 Sub Max testing, and Resting Metabolic Rate testing. I was curious about the body fat testing but now I think I can benefit most from the other tests as well. Has anyone ever done any of these tests? If so, were the helpful/useful?
