Women 5'10 to 6'0: What is your goal weight?
I'm almost 6'0 and just at the very beginning. While my first goal is to get under 200, which is about 70 lbs away, I'm curious to see what a healthy weight range is for someone who is around my height. I'm not interested in being skinny- just healthy and in shape. What's your height and goal weight?

I updated my weight loss today and since I have now lost over 10 pounds, the app asked me if I wanted to update my daily calorie limit. Adding your workouts to MFP?
I just wanted to crowd source real quick-- should I add my workouts to my MFP log? Right now my "workouts" are walking 5 miles a day (to and from work), so I don't really consider them serious calorie burners.
