Hello new friends!

My name is Jennie, I am 22, 5'11 and just beginning my journey to lose 80 lbs (eventually it will be more, but my initial goal is to be under 200). I cut out all excess sugar and soda about two weeks ago and committed myself to writing down everything I consume, uhhh, yesterday. I walk about 5 miles a day and will be changing some of that to jogging.

I am so excited! I lost five pounds my first week by just cutting out sugar and soda and the next time I weigh myself will be in another month.

Anyway, I'm (obviously) new and just wanted to introduce myself since I'm planning on sticking around for a long time! ;)

    Hi! I'm Denise, 24 years old, 5'1" and set out to lose 45ish pounds. I'm down 16ish after a year and am committing to watch what I eat better to get the rest of this weight off.
