Soda Free
For those 21 Day Fixers who gave up soda, how's it going? I stocked my kitchen with LaCroix and Perrier (grapefruit is my favorite). I grab a seltzer if I am craving a bit of fizz. Bye-bye diet root beer!

Day 4 Workout - Pilates
Favorite move: Superman with Side Rotation. Challenge move: Stir the Pot following Mixing the Bowl. My pot only got semi-mixed on both sides. Ouchie move: Plank with Hip Drop. Holy cow!

Day 3 Workout: Lower Body Fix
Given that my legs were already a bit achy, I was expecting to be in a bit more pain than I actually ended up being. Favorite move: Curtsey Lunges. So much better than straight back lunges. Challenge move: Fire Hydrant. Stretched something oddly in my left leg, so I modified it a bit. Ouchie move: Quad Raises on the floor…

21 Day Fix Day 2 Workout
The Upper Body Fix gets a thumbs-up. Favorite move: Bent over row. Love that feeling of the shoulder blades coming together. :heart: Most challenging move: My nemesis, the traditional pushup. :grumble:

Day 2: What Did You Eat to Start the Day
What did you have for breakfast? 2 hardboiled Egglands Best eggs (1 red) fresh mix fruit - cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries (1 purple)

21 Day Fix Day 1 Workout
For a 30 minute workout, I was definitely feeling the Total Body Cardio Fix--and I was using 4 lb weights! Hope to up that in Week 2. I love good old fashioned jumping jacks, but my favorite move was the Surrender.
