Anyone using apple cider vinegar as a supplement? Any success? I know it is reported to have lots of benefits...

There is no harm in too much fiber, right? I am consistently over my recommended fiber intake by lunch time, but also think that MFP has the lowest fiber suggested that I've ever seen... But more IS better in this case, right?

Or just being realistic? Had my first "official" weigh-in this morning, and the scale claims that I've lost 5 lbs. So I should be jumping for joy, yes? Instead I logged it as 3 lbs lost, because yesterday morning (and the day before) I "unofficially" weighed in at only 2lbs lost, and think that today's freakishly lower…
