Sunday 7/14 Commitment
Happy Sunday, Diehards! What's your plan for today? I'm heading to the gym later - doing some cardio cross-training (rowing machine, elliptical & bike) and have some band exercises for my hips & shoulders that I need to do. I'm not feeling overly motivated this morning but once I get myself there I'll be fine. :smile:

What's everybody up to today? Today is my planned rest day. I have lots of cleaning & organizing to do, so I plan to stick close to home most of the day. Hopefully I can make good choices along the way - these are the types of days that traditionally get me in trouble with snacking.
