calories seem high
Hi All i will probably get shot down in flames but the calories burnt when inputting an exercise seem awfully high. how reliable are these? 100ib 45kg or 7 stone????
Hi all, i am new here but not new to being a fat man..are we allowed to say that? I weigh in at 298lb (in american) or 145kg in euro speak, thats 23 stone in Uk parlance....which ever way you look at it (or me) its bloody loads...I want to loose 100lb or 45kg or 7 Stone.
