hey guys i will be in NY next week, anyone know any good places to eat healthy and still get good meal?

also anyone recommend any cool bars,maybe for cocktail etc...somewhere for a friday or saturday night...

Hi, I just spent an entire week in Manhattan and celebrated my birthday at 230 Fifth, it has a heated rooftop bar on the 20th floor ( http://www.230-fifth.com/) and the view is the most amazing and the drinks were great too! In regard to a light but wonderful Italian lunch or dinner, stop by Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto at 283 Amsterdam Ave. Their italian meats are received directly from Italy and the cheeses are incredible!
