Pulled hip muscle
I managed to pull my hip muscle a few days ago running. I have been trying to rest and when I ran on Tuesday I tried to take it easy. Well I tried running today and I was unable to because right away I had pain in my hip. Does anyone know anyways on how to heal faster? I know I need to rest, but how long should I give it?…

Almond milk- good for you?
I am assuming almond milk is good for me, but I just figured out that its high in fat but low in calories. Is this a healthy fat? Should I be concerned about it?

How often to run?
I've recently began running a lot because I hope to get in good shape for a 10k at the end of the summer. I was wondering if I should be running everyday? or if I should have days off from running?

Hey everyone, I'm tempted to but a container of GNC Lean Shake protein powder. Does anyone currently use this? Does it keep you full/satisfied for awhile? Thanks

Too much fiber? How big of a deal is it really?
I seem to eat too much fiber everyday, I'm curious as to if this is really something I should be concerned about. I tend to choose foods that are high in fiber because they fill me up. Any suggestions/ideas/thoughts?

How fast should I be losing weight?
I'm a bit concerned. My first two weeks I joined this site I lost 10 pounds, but now I seem to be losing weight slowly... is this normal? Last week I only lost a pound and this week I haven't lost a pound yet.
