    Square of dark chocolate
    One Lindt truffle
    Fun size candy bar
    Mug of hot chocolate
    Glass of chocolate milk
One (measured) serving of chocolate frozen yogurt or ice cream but your serving may be small
Plain yogurt with a squirt of chocolate syrup, all mixed up (this is really good, I was inspired by the Stonyfield Farms Chocolate Underground favored yogurt)

Of course for any of this, you will need to exercise portion control.

Why eat crappy low cal chocolate substitutions? Get a good workout in and enjoy some of the good stuff. That's my M.O.

A little bit of dark chocolate is good for you and not too many calories (one row of Cadbury royal dark here is listed at 75 ish calories). Also, PB2 with Chocolate is awesome.

I like sugar free hot chocolate when I'm craving. If you don't want warm. one dark chocolate Dove should cure that craving (and roughly 25 calories)

I just eat real chocolate- Endangered Species 88% Natural Dark Chocolate Squares. They are portion controlled so each piece is 50 calories.I eat at least one piece almost every day.
  • 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box ANY flavor regular Cake Mix (This is where the chocolate could come in to play)
    2 tablespoons water

Mix the 2 cake mixes together in a gallon zip-lock bag.
To make the cake: take 3 tablespoons cake mix; mix this with 2 tablespoons water; Mix together in a coffee mug and microwave for 1 minute.
Top with fruit or lite whipped topping and voila! You have a single serve chocolate cake! I don't know the exact calories but I know it's under 100! :)
