It's not a bad thing. Fruit is good for you and has healthy sugar. If 90% of your sugar intake is coming from fruit, I would recommend you not worrying about going over. Eat fruit!

Apples are extremely healthy for you. Its healthy sugar, fruit has a lot of healthy sugar, don't worry about it. It a different kind of sugar compared to doughnuts and cookies. Eat fruit!!

If I go to the gym (I run outside most days) I usually end up on the treadmill running for 60-90 minutes. I try to get myself to do strength training about 1-2 times a week for 30-45 minutes, I do a lot with a weight ball and I do some ab exercises.

400-600 calories. Its good to start your day with a big (but healthy breakfast) I usually have a banana, yogurt, and a protein bar (or mixed nut bar)

I agree with mlb929 it really does depend on what your goal is. If you are wanting to become quicker then working on speed might be your priority or it might be distance you want. To improve my distance I run 3-4 days a week of maintenance running (usually around 3-6 miles) and then I have one long run day a week in which…

It can also depend on how active you are. If you are super active and workout most days- then that might be accurate. 2890 seems high to me, but I'm a short lady- so I need a lot less calories.

I'm not an expert on this topic, I'm not really sure how much protein is okay. But 75 grams seems perfectly fine. I've been having around 80-100 grams a day, so Ill be interested to see what others say.
