Fruit and sugar goals

I have yet to complete a day w/o going over my sugar goal for the day, and most (90% ish) comes from fruit. How can that be a bad thing? I don't drink soda, don't eat sweets, we really have cut the added sugar out of our diets; I even sweeten my tea with stevia. But if I eat a banana (good source of potassium) and an apricot or peach, I'm done for the day! Can anybody give me advice on this?

It's not a bad thing. Fruit is good for you and has healthy sugar. If 90% of your sugar intake is coming from fruit, I would recommend you not worrying about going over. Eat fruit!0
