Advice needed.. Should I persevere?
Apologies in advance for a long post, but I think you need some background info to be able to advice me. I'm 38. I have Hashimoto's ( I have been diagnosed as hypothyroid in 2009, but I had had the illness for much longer - only back then the reference range was set higher so I was never treated ). Now my TSH is back to a…

How to increase my iron absorption???
I'm 38, have an under-functioning thyroid ( Hashimoto's ) and struggle with my iron levels. I take 50 mcg pills daily ( at bedtime, since I have to take my thyroid meds in the morning ) and still have ferritin levels about 30 ( 20 - 200 is the norm ). I try to watch what and when I eat ( tea, coffee, dairy products etc ),…

As a result, my arms look like rag doll's arms "stapled" on my shoulders. What exercises should I do? I can't afford a gym membership so I would be thankful for some suggestions involving using…

A sedentary person's TDEE is then calculated to be between 1654-1694, light exerciser's 1895-1941, moderate exerciser's 2136-2188. I have decided…

Beating concentration problems..
Hi everyone, maybe someone has been in a similar situation to me and can give me some advice.
