Male Week 9 Transformation Pic.. After a heavy weekend too
Hi MFP's :) Here is my week 9 or 62 days transformation. I had a blow out weekend as I have hit my first plateau. The really good news is I have kept off the cigarettes for 62 days and my blood pressure is as normal as a normal person! lee xx

50 days or 7 weeks and thats the story so far with pic
Please be gentle as I was a bear, lol. I am really ashamed of what I was in december 2012 so had enough. Joined MFP, Give up smoking and started to diet. What a diet costs in reality, What do you pay per week?
