Please be gentle as I was a bear, lol. I am really ashamed of what I was in december 2012 so had enough. Joined MFP, Give up smoking and started to diet.

I did a crash 1500 calorie diet and no gym for the first 2 weeks, I have done probably 2 hr of cardio since then!!
I eat clean and eat just over 2000 calories per day with protein being a high priority (my diary is open), with exception of a couple bars of chocolate I have had nothing but good food.
I train Heavy and spend 25 mins to 45 mins in the gym 4x per week.

My waist was a 40-42 or XXL and now i can fit into 36inch jeans.

I would like to thank all the members who have contributed to MPF for it being so informative and the all inspiring before and after pics that got me going again and to all those on my friends list :)
