"Thin" or "Ideal" weight for 5'7?
I was wondering what the thin or ideal weight is for a 5'7 male. I have lost 20 lbs so far and am not seeing much change, some change, but not too much. i have gone from 184 to 164 :D !!!!!!!! But what should i aim for to look my best?

Haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks, even gained a pound:(
I started counting calories and was usually under my limit that the app gave me, but recently I haven't lost any weight :/ I have beemeating more fast food due to being busy but I'm still staying under the calorie goal :/ any advice ? And also Ive lost 13 lbs so far by counting calories. Why the sudden stop ?

Beginners questions. :D
Today i was at a friends house and ate pancakes and sausage and scrambled eggs but it was all homemade, how do i know how much calories it was?? also does it really matter what you eat.. as long as its at the goal calorie count?
