So, i may be going to the bahamas in July. I have lost 26 lbs since i started caring about my health, but i have NO MUSCLE at all .-.
I want to be able to finally take my shirt off in public when i get there. I am 5'7 and 162 lbs so i do still have a good amount of stomach fat.
What are the best excersizes for home ab and chest workouts and what are the best things to eat or drink before and after? When i work out i usually just drink a glass of milk because i know it has protein...
I want to be able to have alot less stomach fat and some muscles before july
THANKK YOUUU

There is no exercise or program that will target fat loss in one area over another. Just keep losing weight and eventually the body fat will come off but you cannot control where it comes off first.
The standard push ups, sit ups, lunges are all exercises you can do at home to help retain muscle while you lose weight. Adding muscle while you are trying to lose weight is not really a realistic goal. If you are very new to strength training you can add some muscle for a little while but it will be a small amount. Adding weight and losing weight are two different processes.0 -
i've totally take my shirt off in public when i was over weight. confidence isn't about a number on the scale.
if you think that you'll have visible abs in three months, you're delusional.
start hitting the weight room 3-4 times a week. concentrate on barbell lifting, with compound movements, such as dead lifts, squats, bench press, and over head press.
start doing 2-3 cardio sessions a week. at least one should be a speed run, like interval training.
start watching your diet. eat a good amount of healthy food. while i dislike the term "super food," avocados are a great source of healthy fats, and a great way to make chicken, tuna, salad, quinoa, and other foods fun.
and there are now two upper body work outs as effective as the dip, and the pull up.0
