Have I got this right?
My BMR is 1319 and my TDEE 1814. If i want to lose a pound a week I should be looking at reducing daily calories by 500 ( 7 x500 =3500). So my daily calorie intake should be 1314 which is below my BMR. Have I got this right?

How long do people stay on MFP?
I'm curious as to how long people do MFP for? Does anying know on average how long people stay on it for? I'm envisioning eventually hitting my target, hopefully stabilising but fully exoecting to go back on it as the pounds creep back on over time. Does it basically become a way of life to be successful?
