Weight loss weekly target?
Hey guys, having a bit of a debate with myself. Lol. Initially my loss was great at 1200 cals a day. Now it's slowed. To like 1lb a week even though I should be losing 2lbs a week. I know it's still a loss. And that's great. But do I alter my settings which would then give me 1350 a day to lose 1lb a week.... Is it…

Me again ARRGHHH
I'm not sure what I will gain from posting this... Maybe some reassurance & positivity... It's my TOM and today I've eat 1800 instead of 1200 it's the first time in a while that I've gone over. My weight has slowly been dropping. I'm so mad with myself. Will this totally ruin my weekly weigh in on Sunday? :(

Hi guys Initially I lost 7lbs in 2 weeks.... Now my weight loss seems to have stalled. I am on 1200 calories a day. I go over rarely, and if I do, it's by maybe 50 calories. I workout (I either run or go for a long walk) at least 3 times a week. I'm 147lbs and 5ft 4. Do you guys sometimes have a week where you don't lose?…

Calories burnt
Hi guys - I usually log the calories that mapmyrun says I have burnt during a run or walk (it has my age, height, weight etc and tracks my pace) but when I go to put the exercise in MFP they always work it out as less. So which do I go with? My weight loss has stalled & I have just realised this could be why??

One evening off?
Hi guys, I've stuck to MFP like glue for 11 days with lots of exercise and I've lost 7lbs now. But this eve I fell off the wagon and had some biscuits and chocolate, do you think I will have done loads of damage?
