One evening off?

Hi guys, I've stuck to MFP like glue for 11 days with lots of exercise and I've lost 7lbs now. But this eve I fell off the wagon and had some biscuits and chocolate, do you think I will have done loads of damage?

    No. Just get back on track. I suggest you go back and log what you ate and see just how much you were over your calorie goal. Usually when I do this, it isn't even as bad as I had imagined.

    No, not at all! :) One rest day ever couple weeks with a few hundred extra calories tacked on isn't going to knock off your hard-won gains. Just make sure those splurge days are 10-14 days apart and you stick to your plan the rest of the time. If you feel extra guilty, run in place for 20 minutes. :)

    Thankyou for the positivity - it's really helped! Last time I did this I went and ran it off lol. But I've already walked 6 miles today and I'm in my pj's already lol
