I'm not sure what I will gain from posting this... Maybe some reassurance & positivity...
It's my TOM and today I've eat 1800 instead of 1200 it's the first time in a while that I've gone over. My weight has slowly been dropping. I'm so mad with myself. Will this totally ruin my weekly weigh in on Sunday?

If you are in a deficit daily, 600 calories isn't going to make that much of a difference.
Depending on what you ate, you may see results on your weigh in on Sunday. Eating more food can mean there is more food in our body, which can temporarily increase our weight. Or eating foods higher in sodium can temporarily increase our weight.
But it's one weigh in. Even if you do weigh the same or more, you'll get back on plan. Most people don't see results every single week.0 -
No. Just get back on it and do not let it get any worse. There are studies that say a high calorie day once in a while actually tricks your body out of calorie restriction mode. Our bodies get used to everything eventually. By eating a bit more once in a while it can shake things up. You may find it actually helps you to lose this week! Besides 1800 calories is not that much.0

You'll be fine! Be kind to yourself - 600 calories is not going to make or break you.0

Just write up today as one of those days and start again tommorow. It's not that bad and you may not lose this week but you may not gain either, just mark it down as experience.
Btw it's my TOM and I may eat my toddler0 -
Give yourself a break and try not to stress about it! It's a long way until Sunday, and I bet you'll be fine.
BTW, this is why I don't like weekly weigh-ins. Too much pressure on one single day's measurement! Even if you're up on Sunday, it may be because of water weight from TOM or even just how much food is in your stomach at the moment. You may have been up even if you had been perfect all week, but you'll probably still blame your one day of overeating. I weigh daily and track my trends, making each individual weight meaningless without looking at the overall downward trend.0 -
@emmaprocopiou - good luck haha! Thanks everyone. Xxx0

It's my TOM too. I honestly felt like I binged today...but when I added it up on my diary I was like 100 over maintenance. Yesterday I went 500 over. I did some extra exercise and I've almost burned all of that off.
Don't worry about it. Just log it and move forward.0 -

I will thanks. I exercise ALL the time, so can't face working this off today. I'm tired lol0
