Bipolar 1 and migraines
My pain management and therapist told me that regular walks helps to prevent extreme bipolar symptoms and migraine attacks. The problem is where i live the weather has been changing so abruptly i haven't had the break i needed to go outside. I feel i'm stuck in a vicious cycle :# any thoughts to share? Thanks
