Daily Activities
I was just curious, but what is athe actual difference in the daily activity section to set your goals? I know I have been losing weight, but didn't know if I could better myself a some more cause I'm at a stand still with my weight.

Eating after a workout?
I'm just wondering is it ok to eat after a workout, though you workout at night and in a couple of hours go to bed? Also, if it is ok I have been taking some whey protien during the day for a meal replacement and creatine after a workout, but the creatine has a bunch of sugar. Would it be better to take it during the day…

Nutrition Facts
Will most restaurants have or give out nutrition info, leaving recipes exposed? I have been wondering about this and just haven't asked, but I know alot of your more common restaraunts already have sites with this info. Its just a lil hard when you try to load the info into mfp.com

Need a lil help!!!`or something
Well I just need a lil help at supper time. I try to do the 5-6 meals a day and do pretty good up through out the day untill supper and I just want to go back for seconds. I use to be a heavy eater and have cut down alot and drink plenty of water and work out 2-3 times a week for a couple of hours. Any Sugesstions???

Staying hungry!!!
I'm trying to do the 5-6 meals a day and eat about every 3 hours, before this I was a heavy eater. I have been working my butt off lost 21 lbs. so far. What would be more accurate the myfitnesspal.com BMI or I have a Thinner weight scale and it does weight, bmi, and how much water is in your body. My BMI is lower on my scale than the site says just by a couple points though. Just wondering to if it caused by the water in my body. Any suggestions?

New to MFP Kinect Games?
Hello everyone. I was looking at one of the posts today and also looked in the excercise database, but I seen that there Wii Fit Exercises and no Kinect games that register calories like Your Shape. When do you think this will take place?
