I was just curious, but what is athe actual difference in the daily activity section to set your goals? I know I have been losing weight, but didn't know if I could better myself a some more cause I'm at a stand still with my weight.

    depending on the level you choose, this site bases your daily calorie needs on that.

    choose sedentary, eat less

    choose very active, eat very much more!

    choose the type closest to your level, or choose sedentary and add in each calorie burning activity you do throughout the day.
