I was just curious, but I to have joined the Biggest Loser Contest at my gym. Do you go to The Rush Fitness Center? Didn't know if it was nationwide contest.

I have always been told that when it doubt of anything then don't do it or get it. If you do go you might bring your own drinks (water, protien drink etc) and still have a good time it's just self discipline.

Well I get up at 530am and dont get home until about 615pm then go home and eat and go work out from 730 t0 830-900. Lucky you your gym is on the way home I do also have to go back out and then go to the gym.

I agree use a hrm they are more accurate, but it is hard to find a good one or unless youw ant to pay alot of money.

Totally agree I have a always been a heavy eater and now with the 5-6 meals a day i can feel the difference. It was really hard in the beginning, but i think I got it under control. I still get hungry when I workout heavy at work though.

I have thought about that just tryin to watch all my nutrition. I use to be a heavy eater and i'm tryin to really stick to the 5-6 meals a day I guess I just worry more about it at night

Thanks on the info, but besides the weekend the evening is really my only time to workout, because I work 10 hours a day and it takes me 30-45 min home

Totaly understand I have not had any pop since December just don't like it anymore.

Just try to remember 80% eating 20% excercise 5-6 small meals a day it might be hard but it does work and will increase your metabolism.

Yes indeed, still trying to notch my belt back out a lil bit before I have to buy a whole new wardrobe, lol.

been down this road several times what helps me is to just push myself to do it anyway cause 9/10 times once i get donew with a work out I feel way better then I did earlier hope this helps.

thats awsome keep up the hard work I have lost most of my weight at the gym, but do have an xbox and a kinect and play dance central just something different to do and fun.

I agree with you. You still have to try to eat healthy and small portions though, but I have a trainer and he said that you just need to eat 30-45 mins. before a workout to kinda get the food digested and you'll have the energy to work out

just wanted to say thanks for all the post. hope that they do go ahead and pass that bill it would just be easier. I do try to individually search and input my food log a bunch of times, I just want to be more accurate and stern with myself. It's been long over do.

right that is my problem to know what they actually put in the food and how much. I know i just need to put in how much I have eaten though. It would just be easier if all restaurnats had nutritional sites even the mom and pop shops.

thanks for everyones suggestins I have felt my stomach gettin smaller but I think it is just a bad habit that I need to quit and I have been burning a whole lot more calories then what I'm use to. Will try the glass of water before and after a meal.
