Exercise Calculating Help

Options
The past few days I have been pretty busy and active, but when I calculate how long I done my activity it gives me a huge number. Which makes me feel good, but not really seeing the results. I know it would help if I had a heart rate monitor, but I just haven't bought one yet. How would you justify hours and calories on mfp? I also should mention that my net calories are at a -706 though I have ate 4 small meals today and plenty of water. Though I know I need to have 5-6 meals just wasnt that hungry today.

    I use http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php
someone on here showed me this website, it's great! but the high number can be real. the more you weigh, the more you lose (not just in weight but also calories!) :]

no problem! yea, same here, but it's ok. you will eventually see results. it seems like it takes longer for us to see results, but to other people, they actually see your results from another view if that makes sense.

MFP does overestimate with some exercises, like jogging. Thanks for the link. Going to check it out right now.
