Heart Rate Monitors
Hello Everyone, how many of you wear a heart rate monitor? For those that do wear a heart rate monitor, do you go by the calorie readout or do you take off a percentage? I once heard that they can be wrong up to 30%, what is your take on this? I generally take off the 30%. Thank you,

Neuro Integrated Stretching
Hey All, What are you thoughts on the Neuro Integrated Stretching that is done at the end of Plyocide? I am generally sore for a few days after doing it. I don't like it and i have not seen improvement in my flexibility. What are your results so far?
