Lost all the weight. One month of hell and gained so much!
I managed to lose two stone. I was pretty pleased with this. Then, a month of bereavement and stress and I've gained 6 pounds..and it's not coming off. Hoped a few weeks of solid good eating and exercising would help but its being so so SLOW....I am pretty frustrated and down about it.
