I used to be on this site years ago. Had numerous health issues come up and now have to journal all food. How do I change the number of total calories? Mine is set at 1200, but my doctor says I should be at 1300. Thanks for any help.
I make my own stir frys, etc. and I weigh each veggie on a scale that gives me the wt, cals, fats, etc. I would like to be able to just put in my meal with my own numbers -- and don't want to put it in the database because that's for specific items. How do I do this? Thanks!
I walk my dogs 2 miles every day, but I have no clue as to how fast I'm walking. We don't do a fast pace, or a real slow one, so how do I figure this out so I can add it to the exercise database?
