I am starting recovery week in Insanity and then on to month 2. Anyone have a recommendation for a good pair of shoes? My feet are killing me!

Insanity Workout Schedule question?
Is it ok to swap days? I realized now that I'd rather have my cardio recovery on Friday instead of Thursday and do Pure Cardio Thursday... I have more time to work out on Thursday and a "recover" day on Friday seems nice. Would that be ok?

How to schedule?
I want to make a calendar of my workouts so I don't have to spend time deciding what to do that day but I'm confused. Do I do cardio everyday? How often do I work each body part (butt, legs, arms, etc.) and what about the DVDs that combine strength and cardio (like Ripped in 30)?? Any advice?

les mills combat vs turbo fire?
I just ordered Brazil Butt Lift and I'm happy with everything except the cardio axe - it makes me feel like an *kitten* and I don't feel like I'm getting as good of a workout. I want to try Les Mills or Turbo Fire but I have a tendency to blow out my hip and knee when I overdo it... which is better for those?? I'm not…
