I just ordered Brazil Butt Lift and I'm happy with everything except the cardio axe - it makes me feel like an *kitten* and I don't feel like I'm getting as good of a workout.
I want to try Les Mills or Turbo Fire but I have a tendency to blow out my hip and knee when I overdo it... which is better for those?? I'm not afraid of a hard workout (I do bodyrock and Zuzana as well as other HIIT) but if I can protect them as much as possible, I'll be happy!

Have you thought about Turbo Jam? It is a little slower (but not slow by any means) version of Turbo Fire.0

That being said, I'm doing Turbo Fire right now and really like it. I'm in decent shape and it is pretty fast0

I used to do Turbo Fire but I got kind of sick of it! I'm doing Brazil Butt Lift and Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and 30 Day shred right now.
I'm really curious about Turbo Fire!
