How to schedule?

I want to make a calendar of my workouts so I don't have to spend time deciding what to do that day but I'm confused. Do I do cardio everyday? How often do I work each body part (butt, legs, arms, etc.) and what about the DVDs that combine strength and cardio (like Ripped in 30)?? Any advice?
