  • I am interested in this program but am curious what all equipment you need? Can you shed some light on that?
  • I loved 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme. To answer your question - if you buy through Beachbody you don't have to worry about skipping DVDs because they will replace them. With Extreme, I gained a lot of muscle which I love. I have moved on to Hammer & Chisel but still will do one every now and again. I also found the…
  • Cize is fun if you like to dance - I am a horrible dancer and have zero rhythm so I look and feel like a dummy. But I can see if you move well that you would love it!

  • I drink Shakeology proudly :-D I am doing Hammer & Chisel and going for my Insanity certification in May! I also sub in some 21 Day Fix/Extreme.
  • I have a shot in water with honey and lemon in the mornings. I also use it in my bone broth.
  • Thanks guys! You've been so helpful!!
  • It's hard to say because I got really into working out consistently - it was a motivator for me because I wanted to STAY looking like that!
  • oh bummer, I wonder why. I just made 2 posts about mine. As long as you aren't selling anything, what's the harm?

  • Are we not allowed to post about groups?

  • I'm not going to lie - I did have good results with the wraps (no, I am not selling them) but I am too in love with good ol' working out :)
  • I say up your weighted exercises! I have seen such a change in my body since I have incorporated weights.
  • Best advice - STICK WITH IT! Make small changes. Drink a lot of water. Surround yourself with like minded people. I am starting a group for support and motivation - you don't have to buy anything! Let me know if you are interested and good luck! :)
  • I'd do general aerobics.
  • If you are looking for free - try fitnessblender.com or try the Beachbody on Demand free for 30 days.
  • I like the workouts! Extreme has weights which is my jam... but I do have both and have good success with both. I have used the containers and I like them because my portions were skewed - now I see I was using like a 1/2 cup of dressing on my salads because I wasn't paying any attention. It was an eye opener for ME, just…
  • I love Daily Burn! LOVED Inferno, am doing round 2 (combined with Inferno HR) now. Definitely think it would be beneficial!
  • I had this program - I will tell you what, for some reason, Bum Bum made me sweat like never before. Like insane amounts of sweat :) I hated Cardio Axe and the rest were just ok for me... I would still do the Bum Bum though if I had just that disc.
  • I started Monday, too. I love it!! Obviously I've watched the informercials and they were not exaggerating at all about how intense it was going to be!! Can't wait to see results after 30 and 63 days!
  • Do you like DVD workouts? I recommend Jillian Michaels because she incorporates muscle toning, cardio and abs (love her Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred as well as the Body Revolution). They're challenging and time effective!
  • I am only on my fourth day but it's totally worth it... I had been working out at least once a day, sometimes twice for a couple months and I was not prepared for how intense it is. I can tell a difference in just these four days (nothing crazy major but I see changes). You have to be ready to work and you absolutely will…
  • I like them both but I find Ripped in 30 more challenging! I also like how the strength portions are broken up into 3 exercises rather than 2. Ripped in 30 kicks my *kitten*!
  • I used to do Turbo Fire but I got kind of sick of it! I'm doing Brazil Butt Lift and Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and 30 Day shred right now. :) I'm really curious about Turbo Fire!
  • Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is great, I really like it and feel like I get a great workout out of it! I also like Yoga Meltdown for my "take it easier days" (haha, it's challenging!) Just ordered Ripped in 30 and am considering Body Revolution.
  • I'm 1200! Tons of veggies, chicken and salmon... Special K, oatmeal or a smoothie for breakfast, open face or pita pocket sandwich for lunch with turkey or chicken, hummus, veggies... Chicken/salmon/turkey/tilapia and veggie stirfry for dinner. Greek yogurts and protein bars for snacks. Mostly satisfied with it but I have…
  • I do them when I need a cardio bump (on days I'm concentrating on butt/abs/arms, etc)... I like a lot of variety so I'll grab a few 10 minute You Tube videos and do them all in a row. I like her though, she's personable and I do sweat!
  • You can still put on muscle without a gym! :) There are a lot of home DVDs that use dumbbells and there are a lot of workouts (including ones for free on YouTube) that use your own bodyweight! Don't get discouraged... I plan to never step foot inside a gym again and I'd rather go to the dentist than ever be on a treadmill.…
  • I think keeping moving is the most important part - sometimes I've even seen modifications where you just step side to side... Also - as someone else mentioned - I wear two sports bras - I really tie em' down or I'm in pain too!
  • I only work out at home! I have found a ton of great workouts on youtube - bodyrock.tv, zuzana light, jillian michaels (the befit channel), fitness blender, blogilates (I download them onto my iPad for home) and then I have a few Jillian Michaels and Winsor Pilates DVDs. Doing the high intensity workouts at home has…
