Strapless heartrate monitor
I was wondering if any of you use a strapless heartrate monitor and what do you think about it and its accuracy. I know the ones with the straps are more accurate but the darn things give me a rash and chafe wickedly. So those of you who do use a strapless what do you recommend?

Calorie burn in cold weather
I was wondering if I actually burn more calories then are reflected in the log since I am walking at a 3mph pace in 18 degree weather through snowy sidewalks up and down small hills. What do you all think about calorie burn in cold weather vs warm weather?
