I've been logging religiously for the past two weeks and have been doing my best to make good food choices. Workout NSV...
Today I went to the gym directly after work. I was changing and realized I forgot to pack socks in my gym bag! The old me would have said "Well I guess I just wasn't meant to work out today," and gone home to my warm comfy couch. The new me stayed and did 35 minutes on the treadmill in my BLACK DRESS SOCKS! WOW!!!!

Just out of curiosity...
Does sweating = more calorie burn and/or weight loss? I work outside with kids daily running around the playground and playing games with them. MFP Calories burned?
I'm not sure if this is posted anywhere else, I haven't seen anything about it. It just seems like whenever I log my activity in MFP, the calories burned are much higher than what the machine says. I did 40 mins elliptical yesterday and the machine something like 325, but MFP said it was 390ish. Who should I believe?!…

i've struggled with weight loss in the past, and this seems like a new, convenient way of keeping track of what i'm eating. Exercise has started again and it feels great!
