Getting things um... moving...

I've been logging religiously for the past two weeks and have been doing my best to make good food choices.

I'm eating more fruit and veggies than usual, and drinking lots of water (not always the best at accounting for the water consumption in my diary, though).

And I have not had a decent crap since I started this again. SO FRUSTRATING. I'm thinking it might be the increase in protein?

What helps you with getting things moving?

My diary is open and I would love some suggestions...
