1848 Straight days of logging and starting over again.
I have been logging for a long time and had to take a year off from the gym after straining my SI joint. I'm trying to get back in and could use some solid support. I'm not into friend collecting so it would be nice to find people as supportive as I tend to be. I make mistakes but I keep going. Good luck in your goals.

What's the point of friend collecting?
Someone sent me a friend request and they had 500 friends. They rarely logged and never supported. Why be on MFP when this can be done on Twitter or facebook?

I must need dedicated friends
it seems as though people sign up and lose interest and stop logging or show little to no support. I'm down to 20 friends and 7 of them are logging in for socializing. Or I get requests from friend collectors. Am I the only one who is experiencing this??

I could use help from the weight lifters on here.
I have been working out 2 hours a day with half of that being cardio and the other half weights and staring into space! All my gym rat buddies tell me the best way to lose weight is to cut the cardio and lift instead with minimal breaks in between sets. What do you all think of this concept? Straight to the point
I'm a little less than half way through my journey. I was working out at the gym and had a trainer, who was heavier than me, try and give me diet advice. Would any of you feel comfortable taking diet or workout advice from a fat trainer?
