Hello from Illinois. I’m a 22 year dispatcher and auxiliary. I lost 70 and gained it back after hurting my back doing squats. Now I’m back to lose it again.

Yes , it's brutal and I am told it's a very common strain in the lower back. I hope you are getting help for it? I saw a physical therapist for about 6 months.
