Can't lose weight
I have run into a bit of an issue. I just started my weight loss plan and for two weeks I consumed 1200-1350 calories. I also began exercising and would run for 30mins a day 3x per week. After two weeks I decide to weigh myself. Down 4 ounces only! What the heck? How can I see results?

Working out, eating more
So I'm trying to lose 15 pounds. MFP has me eating 1220 cals a day and working out 3x a week for 60 minutes. The problem is, everytime I workout, I tend to eat more! LOL. Dropping the college lbs....finally.
Hi everyone. Well, I'm excited to finally start the process of losing the extra pounds put on by bad nutrion, alcohol, and lack of sleep that I aquired in college. I started college weighing in at 105-110 now I'm about 140. Wish me luck. I hope I can keep myself motivated and stick it out!
