Ugh...just a little annoyed. I feel like I get into fitness spurts instead of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I'm either dieting and exercising and looking great, or I go back to my normal routine and put on the pounds again. Its always a constant yo-yo. I find it really hard to make this my lifestyle, and not a diet. Any tips? My family and I are really into food and every celebration is food centered.

    Make healthier food for the celebrations! :)

    Have a family football/softball/volleyball game. have some wacky relay races and other funny activities that gets everyone playing.

    Then you will have played and eaten.
