I'm trying to cut back on sugar but how does everyone deal with chocolate cravings? I've heard fruit can help with sugar cravings but I like some chocolate!

Running intervals
I tried running intervals today for the first time. Walk fast 2 mins, run 2 mins then walk slow 1 min for a total of 20 mins. I have read this burns more calories than just running alone. Anyone know if this is true?

Too much fiber?
Is too much fiber bad? I eat a lot of fruit & veggies, high fiber breads and cereals. I usually go over my suggested amount. Anyone know if that's a bad thing?

Steady weight gain
I have dropped a good amount of weight but in the past 2 weeks I have gained back 4 lbs. I went on vacation 2 weeks ago and let loose and ate what I wanted but I would think that after working out the way I do that would be gone. I run a lot and do step aerobics a lot. I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Anyone have…

Eating before bed
I've read that you should stop eating about 2-3 hrs before bed. I've also read that eating a bowl of cereal right before bed may help you get a more restful nights sleep. Anyone know if this is true? I usually don't eat dinner until about 8 pm then I go to bed at 10:30. Should I be eating dinner earlier?

Slipping Lately
Hi all, I've been using this app on my phone since Jan 2011 but I've never used the website until today. Need some words of wisdom here. I've been slipping on my calories due to baked goods. Lately I cant seem to resist. I need to gain some control. What do you all eat to avoid the sugary brownies and cookies?
