Weight Training

Options
I need to shake up my weight loss routine so I got some hand weights to add weight training to the mix. Does anybody know of some good all over body weight training workouts?

    I found The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises extremely helpful when I began strength training. You might also consider Yoga or Pilates classes if you belong to a gym (or on DVD).

    30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels is a great strength training and cardio mix. It only requires hand weights and there are 3 different levels on the dvd, so you can progress as you keep doing it.
